Job Summary

A mutual insurance company is in need of a Remote Lending Technology Product Owner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders
• Apply industry-wide technology and business knowledge to drive innovation within the domain of IT
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories

Required Skills:

• Previous working experience in a Product or Business Technology leadership capacity for 7+ years
• Background that comprises sound understanding of technology products/solutions
• Expert level of knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology
• Proven ability to communicate business and technical information clearly and effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven skill in influencing and negotiating with a willingness to involve internal cross-functional teams
