Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Level 1 and 2 Software Customer Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing outstanding customer service through installation, training and maintenance of software.
  • Providing investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems
  • Working with customer or customer support contacts to resolve technical problems with software.

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or related field
  • At least two independent and recent references
  • Highly motivated, responsible individuals with outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and to work with a remote team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fast learner, excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
