Job Summary
A staffing company is seeking a Remote Level 1 Level 2 Helpdesk Support Technician in San Diego.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Provide Level 1 IT Helpdesk support
- Provide optional Level 2 IT Helpdesk support
- Provide technical solutions and information
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2 years demonstrated experience
- Ability to provide help desk support over the phone
- Ability to support Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Chromebooks systems
- Ability to support hardware issues for Apple and non-Apple PC's and laptops
- Knowledge and experience with networking/connectivity terminologies
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suites 3
