A media production company has an open position for a Remote Level 1 Media Phone Customer Service Representative in Boone.
Must be able to:
- Respond to product and service inquiries
- Receive inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service to consumers in the magazine and products industry
- Update accounts and up-selling customers from around the globe
