An education technology company is in need of a Remote Level 1 Technical Support Engineer in Salt Lake City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Taking incoming phone calls from student end-users
- Validating and clarifying the issue reported
- Answering how-to questions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be located within 40 miles of our Pleasant Grove or Cottonwood Heights offices
- High School diploma
- Strong troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- workspace must be private (e.g. not a library or coffee shop)
- Workspace must be physically secure
- Computer hardware and software must meet the employer's technical requirements
