Job Summary

A startup is in need of a Remote Level 1 Technology Customer Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling product and technical requests
  • Effectively troubleshooting each customer’s support issues
  • Providing customers with regular updates regarding their support tickets

Position Requirements Include:

  • 6-12 months of experience in Customer Support supporting SaaS enterprise software
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts
  • Demonstrated experience using product documentation to provide product support
  • Ability to handle and prioritize a portfolio of tickets
  • Experience effectively escalating complex technical issues
