Job Summary
A startup is in need of a Remote Level 1 Technology Customer Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling product and technical requests
- Effectively troubleshooting each customer’s support issues
- Providing customers with regular updates regarding their support tickets
Position Requirements Include:
- 6-12 months of experience in Customer Support supporting SaaS enterprise software
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts
- Demonstrated experience using product documentation to provide product support
- Ability to handle and prioritize a portfolio of tickets
- Experience effectively escalating complex technical issues
