Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is in need of a Remote Level 1 Travel Help Desk Support Specialist in Hamilton.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Accurately processing calls, e-mails and web chat sessions
  • Operating applicable automated reservation and ticketing systems
  • Intervening to resolve any booking/reservation issues for members

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to work remotely and travel as required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of travel experience
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of PC-based systems, GDS systems and internet
  • Excellent keyboarding skills
