Job Summary

A staffing firm has an open position for a Remote Level 2 3 Tech Support in Tysons Corner.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing 2nd and 3rd level technical support to end user community
  • Maintaining overall ownership of user's issue and service ensuring that they receive resolution within SLAs
  • Installing, configuring and supporting current common COTS software including Microsoft Office

Required Skills:

  • Remote 1 day/week upon conversion
  • 4 years related work experience and solid tier 2/3 desktop support (hand on and remote)
  • Experience with TCP/IP and general networking issues
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building and customer service, listening, and questioning
  • Advanced experience with Windows 7/10 and Active Directory
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, including hands-on experience with HP hardware
