Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Telecommuting Customer Support Engineer Level 2 or 3.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform technical account management duties for major customers
  • Resolve customer issues and work with Operations and Engineering teams to diagnose and resolve complex problems
  • Provide world-class Level 2/3 technical support services to all cloud customers/users

Qualifications Include:

  • Occasional visits to customer sites
  • 2-3 years recent experience in a customer support role
  • A current background in software development or system administration on Unix or Linux based systems
  • Must have at least 4-5 years of experience
  • Experience with scripting (Bourne Shell, PERL, JavaScript)
  • All other requirements listed by the company
