A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Level 2 Production Support Engineer in Portland.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Monitoring apps in production
  • Investigating any unexpected behavior of apps
  • Taking calls from both external customers and development teams

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience with production/application support
  • Experience working in a cloud environment (GCP or AWS)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency with SQL
  • Ability to troubleshoot application issues
  • Ability to participate in on call rotation 24 x 7 x 2 weeks
