- Writing step-by-step processes, technical solutions, and ticket updates
Skills and Requirements Include:
- C1 level English proficiency (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of experience with software development
- 2+ years of experience with customer-facing technical support
- Required to be on-call 24X7X365 rotation
