Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Level II Desktop Technician in Windsor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing hardware issues
  • Deploying software and personal printer installation and configuration
  • Updating and maintaining case notes and status

Required Skills:

  • Must be willing to travel into the Bloomfield/Windsor office once a week
  • A+ certified technician with minimum of 1 year experience
  • Ability to effectively provide support in hardware and software including problem diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • Ability to follow and enforce established processes and procedures and effectively communicate them to others
