Job Summary
A non-profit organization is in need of a Remote LGBTQ Youth Mental Health Research Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the development, prioritization, and execution of the research and evaluation strategy
- Managing, coordinating, and inspiring the Research team
- Managing and developing a team of Research leaders
Position Requirements Include:
- Extensive track record of research in the fields of suicidology and mental health or in the field of LGBTQ youth
- Have managed multiple large-scale research projects from start to finish
- Ph.D. or equivalent degree in a relevant field
- Experience managing people and tasks (including remotely)
- Have significant quantitative research experience
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working through competing priorities
