Job Summary
A healthcare member services organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Liability Claims Adjuster.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships with clients
- Interviewing and corresponding with agents, insureds and claimants
- Delivering consistent high-quality service through the claim lifecycle
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must have 3rd party liability insurance claims experience
- Ability to learn a new claim management module
- Strong skills in research, coverage evaluations, damages assessment, and claim resolution
- Knowledge of insurance coverages, contracts, claims handling guidelines, legal and medical terminology
- Hard work, honesty, integrity and unwavering business ethics
- Detail-oriented organizational skills in a multi-tasking environment
