Job Summary

A privately-held insurance and benefits company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Liability Claims Examiner in Aurora.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Analyzing and processing complex or technically difficult general liability claims
• Investigating and gathering information to determine the exposure on the claim
• Negotiating settlement of claims within designated authority

Qualifications Include:

• Travels as required
• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Subject matter expert of appropriate insurance principles
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
• Analytical and interpretive skills
