Job Summary
A risk management solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Liability Claims Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving claims, confirms policy coverage and acknowledgment of the claim
- Investigating claims and handles complex 3rd party Auto and General Liability claims, including litigation
- Communicating claim status with the client and claimant
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Multi-state adjuster license required
- Bodily Injury experience required
- Commercial Auto and General Liability experience required
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
- Three (3) or more years' experience handling complex Commercial Auto and General Liability claims and litigation
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office including Excel spreadsheets
