Job Summary
A national provider of industry-leading risk management solutions is filling a position for a Remote Liability Claims Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving claims, confirming policy coverage and acknowledgment of the claim
- Rendering a Liability determination on each claim in accordance with statutory requirements
- Investigating claims and handling complex 3rd party Auto and General Liability claims, including litigation
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
- 3 or more years’ experience handling complex Commercial Auto and General Liability claims and litigation
- Multi-state adjuster license
- Total loss experience
