Job Summary
An international food and beverage retail company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Licensed and New Store Development Project Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Take lead with project managing projects from inception to opening the doors
- Develop proposals, delivers presentations, and gains consensus on projects
- Develop and manage budgets consistent with timeline requirements for medium to large-scale new store development or renovation projects
Qualifications Include:
- 5 or more years of experience in a role bidding and negotiating for construction projects
- 3 or more years of experience using Microsoft365, Smartsheet, and project or construction management apps
- 5 or more years of experience in a role performing project management job functions for construction projects
- 5 or more years of experience in a managing a construction team with 15 or more concurrent projects or units in a retail or restaurant environment
