Job Summary

A healthcare system is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Licensed Behavioral Health Care Manager I or II in Whittier.

Must be able to:

  • Refer cases to Peer Reviewers as appropriate
  • Assists with more complex cases and may participate in inter and intradepartmental teams projects and initiatives
  • Assist with more complex cases and may participate in inter and intradepartmental teams projects and initiatives

Qualifications Include:

  • Requires MA/MS in social work counseling or a related behavioral health field or a degree in nursing
  • Mminimum of 3 years of experience with facility-based and/or outpatient psychiatric and substance abuse or substance abuse disorder treatment
  • Previous experience in case management/utilization management and with complex psychiatric/substance abuse cases required
