Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Licensed Behavioral Health Case Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Using appropriate screening criteria knowledge and clinical judgment to assess member needs.
- Conducting assessments to identify individual needs and develop care plan to address objectives and goals as identified during assessment
- Monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of care plan and modifying plan as needed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have an MS or MA in social work, counseling, or a related behavioral health field or a degree in nursing
- Have a current active unrestricted license as an LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, RN, or Clinical Psychologist
- Must be willing to visit members in the field in the future; currently this is a telephonic role
- Be proficient using Microsoft programs
