Job Summary

A pharmacy benefit management company is in need of a Remote Licensed Clinical Specialist Pharmacist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Performing full medication reviews to evaluate medication related issues
• Collaborating with other clinical personnel in assessing treatment guidelines
• Participating in multidisciplinary patient rounds to communicate any drug related issues

Required Skills:

• PharmD required
• Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• Strong clinical pharmacy and drug product knowledge
• Knowledge of current research related to pain management
• Experience coaching prescribers on medication related issues
• Experience providing consultation and drug therapy recommendations to both prescribers and patients
