Job Summary

A mental health services company is in need of a Remote Licensed Clinical Supervisor in Salem.

Must be able to:

• Provide direct oversight to LMSW supervisees
• Conduct performance reviews on a bi-annual basis
• Attend bi-weekly clinical supervisor meetings

Position Requirements Include:

• Active PsyD, LICSW, LCSW– R, LMHC or LCSW
• Must possess a minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
• Prior experience in staff/program management
• Experience in team building
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
