• Supporting customers by delivering personalized experience
• Ensuring first call resolution and customer satisfaction on all transactions
• Providing Solutions by resolving customer’s inquiries

Qualifications for this position include:

• Pass a Property and Casualty license state exam within 3 weeks of start date
• Current Property and Casualty license
• 1-2 years customer service experience
• High School diploma or GED required
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
• Adaptability to new techniques, talk paths and performance standards
