Qualifications for this position include:
- Pass a Property and Casualty license state exam within 3 weeks of start date
- Current Property and Casualty license
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Adaptability to new techniques, talk paths and performance standards
