Job Summary

An insurance service provider is in need of a Remote Licensed Customer Service Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Taking take anywhere between 50 to 60 incoming calls per day
  • Working throughout several phases of training
  • Providinga support system from both Supervisors and Senior Peers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • College degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1+ year or related business experience
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 license required
  • Strong customer skills with 1-2 years’ experience in a related role.
  • Analytical skills and ability to think outside the box
