Job Summary
An insurance service provider is in need of a Remote Licensed Customer Service Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Taking take anywhere between 50 to 60 incoming calls per day
- Working throughout several phases of training
- Providinga support system from both Supervisors and Senior Peers
Qualifications for this position include:
- College degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
- 1+ year or related business experience
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 license required
- Strong customer skills with 1-2 years’ experience in a related role.
- Analytical skills and ability to think outside the box
