A customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Licensed Health Insurance Salesperson in Wardsville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling and carefully responding to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
Position Requirements Include:
- Possess active home state health insurance license
- 1-year customer service experience
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer system
