A contact center and outsourced customer management solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Licensed Health Insurance Trainer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as Trainer/Supervisors must have the experience of taking calls, applying training and proven proficiency in the role
- Training new hire training with agents who will be assigned to their team
- Offering additional support to learners in classroom
