Job Summary
A mental health services company is filling a position for a Remote Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Supervising Therapist in Vancouver.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing direct oversight to LMSW supervisees
- Conducting performance reviews on a bi-annual basis
- Attending bi-weekly clinical supervisor meetings
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Active PsyD, LCSW, LCSW– R, or LICSW
- Must possess a minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- Prior experience in staff/program management
- Experience in team building
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
