Job Summary
A mental health services company has an open position for a Remote Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Supervising Therapist in Wenatchee.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide direct oversight to LMSW supervisees
- Conduct performance reviews on a bi-annual basis
- Attend bi-weekly clinical supervisor meetings
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Active PsyD, LCSW, LCSW– R, or LICSW
- Must possess a minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- Prior experience in staff/program management
- Experience in team building
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
