Job Summary

A provider of customer and technical support solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Licensed Insurance Expert.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Receiving inbound phone calls from prospects and using assumptive sales techniques
  • Making outbound phone calls to prospects and using assumptive, effective sales techniques
  • Determining eligibility for the recommended plans

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Health Insurance License in resident state or be willing to study and test for Health Insurance License
  • Minimum one-year previous customer service/sales experience required and/or 1 year call center experience
  • High school diploma
  • High level of accuracy when completing tasks
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Typing skills of 30+ WPM with 90% accuracy
