Job Summary
An insurance agency is in need of a Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Agent in Colorado Springs.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service
- Identifying customer’s insurance needs and market appropriate products and services
- Resolving customer inquiries regarding billing, policy status, coverage, change requests, etc
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must have an active Property & Casualty License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to assist customers through written correspondence and phone support
- Must be able to multi-task and efficiently navigate multiple programs at the same time
- Maintains knowledge of new products for multiple carriers
