Job Summary

A customer service outsourcing company has a current position open for a Remote Licensed Life and Health Service Delivery Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Identifying Medicare prospects needs using a needs to be based selling approach
• Enrolling retirees compliantly and efficiently into selected Medicare Health Insurance
• Providing accurate information to Pre-Medicare retirees regarding the Affordable Care Act (ACA)

Required Skills:

• College degree preferred or High School degree (or GED) with equivalent work experience
• Must possess and maintain an active Life and Health license
• Aptitude for understanding details of Medicare insurance and complying with all CMS regulations
• Background in one: Medicare, Commercial Health Care, Affordable Care Act, and Telesales Call Center
• Successful track record in delivering natural communication in a professional and resolute manner
• Ability to demonstrate high degree of professionalism, flexibility and integrity
