Job Summary
A business management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Licensed Life and Health Service Delivery Consultant in Morrow.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining current knowledge of assigned project's programs and services
- Reviewing employee accounts and answer questions based upon established policies and procedures
- Assisting customers with a wide variety of questions via information accessed through the computer
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to multi-task (talk and type at the same time) and use multiple applications
- Proficient use of the Microsoft Suite, Windows applications
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service while ensuring that the customers questions, issues and concerns have been satisfied
- High School diploma or equivalency and 1 year customer service related experience in financial services and/or health care industry
- Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications
