A real estate technology company has an open position for a Remote Licensed Loan Originator Officer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with Loan Processing and other cross-functional stakeholders to provide an experience

- Taking on ad-hoc projects as they arise & always be willing to support your team where they need you
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Active NMLS license
- comfortable with change and working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Proficiency in FNMA and FHLMC guidelines
- Experience using Encompass, Optimal Blue, and Customer Relationship Management Systems
- High school or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with an emphasis on purchase loans
