Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Licensed Medicare Insurance Call Center Advisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Absorb, retain, and explain a working knowledge of product plans and general Medicare information
- Assist callers quickly and professionally by fielding inbound calls to sell health insurance plans
- Place outbound calls for member outreach and welcome calls to new members
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Advisors will primarily work from home following initial training
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have valid residential state Health Insurance License and be released from all carriers
