Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Remote Licensed Mortgage Sales Assistant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support and manage mortgage client engagement activities
- Maintain positive, professional, helpful, relationships with real estate agents
- Enter accurate data into Encompass and print Encompass docs for borrowers to sign
Qualifications for this position include:
- NMLS license (or be willing to obtain NMLS license)
- Proactive attitude working around a relatively complex and regulated underwriting process
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Work, and Excel
- Familiarity and comfort with social media
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
