Job Summary
A real estate development company has a current position open for a Remote Mortgage Underwriter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receive daily loans for underwriting
- Maintain responsibility for the underwriting of manual loans or the validation of automated findings
- Prioritize RUSH’s, Collateral Underwriter conditions, and newly submitted loans
Qualifications for this position include:
- Able to travel overnight
- Bachelor's degree and/or two years of equivalent experience
- FHA Direct Endorsement
- A valid and current Mortgage Loan Originator License as required per state regulations
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
