A customer experience management and business process outsourcing company has an open position for a Remote Licensed Personal Insurance Line Representative in Richmond.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling and carefully responding to all military customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have P&C license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to consistently meet schedule requirements
- High school diploma or GED
