Job Summary
A Christian nonprofit is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Licensed Practical Nurse Care Navigator.
Must be able to:
- Evaluate high-level needs reservation requests
- Maintain and independently manage assigned caseload and departmental workflows
Position Requirements Include:
- Current and unrestricted LPN license
- 3 + years sound knowledge of anatomy and physiology and disease processes
- Medical assistant certification 3+ years of significant health care job related experience may be considered in lieu of LPN license
