Remote Licensed Property & Casualty Agent

Job Summary

Providing custom quotes for various insurance policies, the full-time remote Licensed Property & Casualty Agent will focus on converting inbound calls into sales while educating customers on policy options and identifying cross-selling opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert quotes for home, auto, renters, and personal umbrella policies
• Educate customers on policy options and document interactions accurately
• Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products

Required qualifications

• Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance
• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in P&C insurance
• Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong computer navigation skills and ability to multitask effectively
• High school diploma or GED required
