Job Summary
Providing expert guidance on personal lines insurance products, the full-time Remote Licensed Property & Casualty Agent will assist members with inquiries related to quotes, policy changes, and billing while working remotely in a service-focused, non-sales role.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with members through various communication channels to assist with insurance-related inquiries and transactions
- Build rapport and trust with members by understanding their needs and providing accurate solutions
- Collaborate with insurance carriers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with regulations
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; some college degree preferred
- At least 6 months of customer service experience required, with contact center experience as a plus
- Must have an Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license
- Typing speed of 20 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Solid understanding of insurance compliance and regulatory standards
