A provider of legal staffing and recruiting services is in need of a Remote Licensed Real Estate Attorney.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting with commercial real estate transactions of all kinds
  • Handling commercial and retail lease drafting, review and negotiations
  • Commercial real estate financing as well as purchase and sales transactions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • JD required
  • 5+ years of commercial real estate attorney experience
  • Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills
  • Collaborative, team-oriented work style bolstered with a positive attitude
  • Must be licensed and in good standing in CA
