Job Summary
A healthcare business and operations provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Licensed Revenue Integrity Analyst in Gulfport.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining billing education, attending webcasts and conference calls as required
- Reviewing Regulatory and Compliance Communications, applicable CMS transmittals, and Local Coverage Decisions (LCD)
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Active certification or licensure as a RHIT, CCS, CCP, CPC or other recognized AHIMA certified coding credential; other healthcare related credential such as (but not limited to) LP, LVN or RT
- Healthcare experience in an acute care hospital or coding experience preferred
- Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS codes or experience in charging or performing charging validation reviews
