Job Summary

A full-service mortgage services company has an open position for a Remote Licensing Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Tracking continuing education requirements for all licensed loan originators
  • Working with and gathering information from Loan Originators
  • Responding to all internal and external requests

Position Requirements Include:

  • A minimum of 2 years of licensing experience within the mortgage industry
  • Three to five years of general mortgage industry experience
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to licensure of originators
  • Extensive knowledge of the NMLS licensing system
  • Demonstrated PC proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
