Job Summary
A full-service mortgage services company has an open position for a Remote Licensing Administrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Tracking continuing education requirements for all licensed loan originators
- Working with and gathering information from Loan Originators
- Responding to all internal and external requests
Position Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 2 years of licensing experience within the mortgage industry
- Three to five years of general mortgage industry experience
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to licensure of originators
- Extensive knowledge of the NMLS licensing system
- Demonstrated PC proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
