Job Summary
A provider of insurance products and services is seeking a Remote Licensing and Contracting Administrator in Columbus.
Must be able to:
- Perform data entry using word processing and spreadsheet and format material as required
- Order background checks on new producers in a timely fashion through a third-party website
- Process producer terminations in all applicable systems and prepare required termination letters for mailing
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be proficient in the use of computer programs
- Proficient with CRM, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. One to three years of office experience required
- Customer service and telephone etiquette skills are required
- Must be able to demonstrate professionalism and commitment to excellence in multi-tasking environment
- Must demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- High attention to detail required
