Job Summary

A provider of insurance products and services is seeking a Remote Licensing and Contracting Administrator in Columbus.

Must be able to:

  • Perform data entry using word processing and spreadsheet and format material as required
  • Order background checks on new producers in a timely fashion through a third-party website
  • Process producer terminations in all applicable systems and prepare required termination letters for mailing

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in the use of computer programs
  • Proficient with CRM, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. One to three years of office experience required
  • Customer service and telephone etiquette skills are required
  • Must be able to demonstrate professionalism and commitment to excellence in multi-tasking environment
  • Must demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • High attention to detail required
