Job Summary
Managing licensing records and compliance for multiple states, the full-time Remote Licensing Administration Associate will review applications, respond to inquiries, and prepare reports while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Review licensing eligibility and documentation to ensure compliance with state regulations
- Manage licensing activities, including renewals and updates for assigned regions
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding licensing requirements and application status
Required qualifications:
- Experience in insurance producer licensing operations and compliance tasks
- Ability to manage work through emails and service tickets in a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy in regulated environments
