Job Summary
A customer management solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Licensing Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Maintain tracking documents for resident and non-resident application status
- Process applications for resident and non-resident licenses on behalf of agents
- Maintain contact with state insurance agencies to expedite agent applications
Qualifications for this position include:
- Attend Day 1 New Hire Orientation to provide responsibilities and requirements of being a licensed agent
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Ability to communicate at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to track and account for large amounts of data simultaneously
- High level of confidentiality required
