Job Summary

A game design and development company is filling a position for a Remote Licensing Coordinator in Charlotte.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Conducting routine licensing audits to ensure all items are current for their IP
• Managing and tracking all items to be released on disc and in DLC for new products
• Managing the internal tracking documents and databases for the respective IP

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• Minimum two (2) years of licensing, sales, or marketing experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge working in the motorsports industry
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and other project management tools
• Ability to handle a high workload of licensing, marketing, and tracking process management projects
