Job Summary

Remote Licensing Specialist, a part-time contract position requiring oversight of licensing compliance and product submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while managing workflows using Royalty Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the approval process for all licensee submissions, including product design and packaging
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and product certifications for licensed products
• Provide operational support to maintain and expand global licensing activities and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
• 3-5 years' experience in product development, marketing, and/or licensing
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across various functions and product categories
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills to align objectives with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Adobe, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential
