Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Remote Licensing Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing individual, branch and company licenses, certifications, bonds and business licenses
- Maintaining new hire on-boarding for prospective MLO and branch operators with regard to NMLS and other pre-hire requirements
- Providing support for existing MLOs with regards to licensing needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year experience with Licensing
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite of product: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Must exhibit strong written and oral communication skills
