Job Summary
A provider of testing services has a current position open for a Remote Licensure Test Development Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and conducting job analysis studies, including surveys and focus groups
- Developing test content specifications
- Developing test items for written and/or performance exams
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 20-25%
- Master's degree required
- 3+ years’ experience in test development
- Must be well versed in measurement principles, test construction, and test validation
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
